the mission

I know that many people do but I don’t think that a documentary website of this type is for the sole purpose of becoming “turned on” by the contributions that people submit. There will be a lot of stories written to purely “turn people on” and that is fine but I am sure that there will be stories about bad experiences that have happened to people that will make the reader think or perhaps they may be able to relate. There may be stories on here about fetishes that our so obscure very few people find it stimulating but they will be aware of it. Onsexuality.com is about Sexual Awareness, awareness of all the thoughts, opinions, turn ons, turn offs, fantasies and real experiences of people. Awareness is education and Onsexuality can in a virtually uncensored way bring Awareness to many people on a daily basis.

baby steps

It has been rough going starting up what I hope will be the premier adult documentary/sex education website on the internet. Right now the problem isn’t lack of ideas it is just implementing them and knowing when and if I should implement some of the ideas at all.

I wrote on the Onsexuality.com website about how things were finally getting off the ground but it seems that was a bit premature because some bugs still need to be worked out. Most recently we fixed the story ratings system which initially made no sense because after a story was rated you couldn’t see the overall ratings and without that, then what is the point?

I seemed to have jumped right into this so let me get you up to speed on what the heck I am talking about. I had the spark of an idea a couple of years ago to start a website that was devoted to discussions about sex and sexual issues. As if there isn’t enough sex on the internet already but the thing was that I was not aiming to make a pornographic site or even another version of literotica but an educational site in which all things would somehow educate the reader.

Not sex education in the strictest sense but still I was hoping for something educational. My vision was “Education and Awareness”, the awareness would be the sexual stories submitted by users and the education would be articles dealing with specific facts concerning sex or sexuality.

The thing was that when you have an idea like this only you really know how it can possibly work. I was fully aware of all the other established websites that feature sex stories but Onsexuality would (and will) be more than that. The progress sometimes feels like trying to walk a mile taking only baby steps.

The website looks OK but I think it could be better and it looks like the makeover process may not happen until September simply for money reasons. I think that I will need to spend some money to make this website look right and it is true that you get what you pay for.
